⚠️ PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following information carefully before placing your pre-order.

By placing an order for any one of our products, you acknowledge that the product is being sold on a pre-order basis and agree to the terms below.

1. Pre-Order Product

These products are sold on a pre-order basis and are not currently held in stock by AGM Customs for immediate dispatch.

By placing an order, you are reserving a set from the upcoming production and/or shipment allocation and agreeing that the product will be dispatched once it becomes available.

2. Estimated Delivery

Any delivery date, ETA or timeframe displayed on the product page is an estimated timeframe only and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Manufacturing, quality control, international shipping, customs clearance and other circumstances outside of AGM Customs' reasonable control may occasionally cause delays.

If there is a significant change to the expected delivery timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to update affected customers.

3. Pre-Order Payments

Payment is taken at the time the pre-order is placed, using the payment method selected at checkout.

Your payment secures your place within the available pre-order allocation. Pre-order quantities may be limited depending on the number of units being produced or allocated to AGM Customs.

Pre-Order Shipping Notice:
If a shipping charge is applied to your pre-order deposit at checkout, only the shipping charge will be refunded after your pre-order deposit has been placed. Your pre-order deposit will remain in place and will not be refunded unless otherwise permitted under our Pre-Order Terms & Conditions or applicable UK consumer law.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your pre-order, please contact AGM Customs as soon as possible.

Cancellations, refunds and any applicable rights will be handled in accordance with your statutory consumer rights and applicable UK law.

If there is a significant change to the estimated delivery timeframe, you will be informed of the updated position and any rights or options available to you under applicable consumer legislation.

5. Product Specification

Product specifications, features, images and descriptions shown on the product page represent the intended product.

Minor changes may be made during production where reasonably necessary to improve the product, manufacturing process, reliability or compatibility, provided such changes do not materially alter the product purchased.

6. Vehicle Compatibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products are suitable for their vehicle before placing an order.

Please carefully check the vehicle model, generation, year, body style and specification stated on the product listing.

If you are unsure whether these products are compatible with your vehicle, please contact AGM Customs before placing your order.

7. Installation

Although these products are designed to be plug & play, installation should be carried out by a suitably competent person or qualified automotive technician.

AGM Customs cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect installation, wiring modifications, incorrect fitting or installation carried out contrary to the supplied instructions.

8. Warranty

The products are supplied with the warranty stated on the product listing.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, accident, misuse, unauthorised modification, physical damage, water ingress resulting from damage or incorrect installation, or other external factors outside of the manufacturer's control.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Pre-Order Acknowledgement

By placing your order, you confirm that you have read and understood that:

• This product is being sold as a PRE-ORDER.

• The product is not currently available for immediate dispatch.

• The advertised delivery timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to change.

• You are reserving a product from an upcoming production/shipment allocation.

If you are not willing to wait for the pre-order to be fulfilled, please do not place an order.

AGM Customs reserves the right to provide customers with updates regarding production, shipping and estimated delivery times as information becomes available.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit, exclude or override any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
