Damages
All our products are professionally packed and checked before dispatch. We would ask that you do not refuse any packages, couriers services can cause damage to the box and in most cases the product will remain in good condition. All damages should be reported to agmcustomsuk@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will require:
- Images of the packaging
- Images of the product(s) condition
- Order number
You should not install or tamper with a damaged product(s) before a decision is made as this may invalidate your claim.
Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and/or customs processing fees, which are determined by the destination country's government. AGM Customs UK is not responsible for customs charges incurred on international deliveries. It is therefore customers responsibility to check the duty rates for orders delivered to your country, the amount must be paid to clear the item via customs, so the courier service can continue delivery.
Brexit
We are a company based within the United Kingdom, unfortunately, as of January the 1st 2021 new import and export regulations were put in place due to Brexit, when the UK officially left the European Union. Customs charges are outside of our control and the specific amount is calculated by your country; we do not receive any of this but instead you are paying your country for the importation of the item.
